Northern Ireland Census 2001 Theme Tables

This publication is the fifth report from the 2001 Census of Population for Northern Ireland.  It contains 25 tables at the Northern Ireland level which bring together previously published information for particular sub-populations into individual summary tables covering a variety of Census topics including age, community background, ethnic group, economic activity and household composition.                                     The report is available in PDF format as detailed below.  To read PDF files you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or greater. This can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe web site.

The full report may be purchased from The Stationery Office at a cost of £15.  When purchasing the publication the customer should quote the ISBN 033940132X.

Supplementary Output

Similar tables to those presented in the report are available for a variety of lower geographical levels, including Local Government Districts and Electoral Wards.  These tables have been produced in electronic format and can be accessed HERE.
